Kathleen Barnes
Kathleen Barnes is passionately committed to a natural way of life and to sharing the tools that will help her readers make their lives healthier, longer and more abundant.

As a yoga teacher for more than 30 years, Kathleen was at the forefront of a health movement that has shaped our world today. Then, yoga and meditation were far outside the mainstream of society. Today, yoga classes are found in YMCAs, colleges, hospitals, nursing homes, army bases and virtually everywhere.
That’s only one way of saying that alternative lifestyles have a way of becoming mainstream. The wisdom that seems at the fringes now will become mainstream in years to come.
Over the years, Kathleen’s commitment to learning about natural health and sharing the wealth of information has deepened.
Today, Kathleen is an advocate for natural living through her many books, books she has edited and is now publishing, plus hundreds of magazine articles she has written.
